Over the past 7+ years of serving the West Tennessee community we’ve been developing our own approach to make your Computer Repair experience as positive and stress-free as possible. We believe in free diagnosis and estimation, fast service and turn around times, transparency, and professionalism. Our technicians are taught to follow our six step Customer Satisfaction process:

1 – Listen and understand the customer’s needs

At Spotts PC – iPhone | iPad | Mac | PC | Repair we help customers with a wide range of computer problems. No matter how much or how little you know about computers, you’ll feel comfortable knowing that you’re working with technicians who are trained to communicate with you in a language you can understand.


2 – Test all hardware and software

After we check-in your computer we’ll immediately start testing both the hardware and the software. Before we start working on any part of your computer we want to make sure that you’re not going to have any other problems down the line. Our diagnosis includes tests for your Hard Drive, Memory, Graphics Card, LAN/Wireless Cards, and your Windows or Apple System Files. We’ll keep you updated with the results of these preliminary tests as we continue to analyze your computer.


3 – Diagnose the problem

After the preliminary tests have been completed we’ll be able to diagnose exactly what’s going on with your computer. Once we’ve figured out the problem, we’ll give you a call right away.


4 – Communicate with the customer

We believe in making sure that when our customers decide to put money into their computer they’re doing it because it makes financial sense for them – not for us. Once we’ve explained the problem in plain English and we have your approval for the repair, we’ll get started right way. After approval our average turnaround time is 24-48 hours.


5 – Fix the problem

Immediately after receiving approval for your repair our technicians will get started on your computer. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your repair as our technicians work to fix your issues. 6 – Testing and Delivery


No repair at Spotts PC – iPhone | iPad | Mac | PC | Repair is considered done until it passes our 5-point check-out diagnostic. We confirm that your problem has been solved and that you won’t have any additional problems going forward once you return home with your computer. After the final tests are done we’ll let you know that your computer has been fixed and is ready for pickup.
